Adding a new enquiry type allows you to categorise and track different types of customer enquiries effectively within Navigator.
Steps to Add a New Enquiry Type
1. Access Enquiry Manager
- Navigate to Vehicles > Vehicle Parameter Maintenance > Enquiry Manager
2. Select Enquiry Types
- Click on Enquiry Types to access the list of existing enquiry categories
3. Add a New Enquiry Type
- Click Add New
- Enter the name of the new enquiry type
- Provide a description if needed
4. Save and Apply
- Click Save to finalise the addition
- The new enquiry type will now be available for selection when logging enquiries
