How to Amend Internal Labour Rates

This guide explains how to amend internal labour rates in Navigator. Additionally, it outlines how to adjust parts rates based on cost-plus or retail-less percentages.

Steps to Amend Internal Labour Rates

1. Access Labour Rates

1. Navigate to Workshop > Service Parameters > Labour Rates.

2. Adjust Labour Rates

1. Locate the section for Internal Labour Rates.
2. Enter the desired rate or make necessary changes.
3. Save your updates to apply the new rates.

Adjusting Parts Rates

1. In the same Labour Rates window, locate the section for Parts Rates.

2. Choose one of the following options for calculating parts rates:

   • Cost Plus Percentage: Add a specific percentage markup to the cost price.
   • Retail Less Percentage: Deduct a percentage from the retail price.

3. Enter the appropriate percentage for your chosen method.

4. Save the changes to apply the updated rates.
