The Cause
This error message appears when a part has been added to the system but the "Available for Sale" option was not selected during the initial setup. The system intentionally prevents transactions for parts not explicitly marked as ready for sale.
Resolution Steps
To activate the part for sale, you need to update the part's record:
Navigate to Records: Go to Parts > View/Update Records.
Load Part: Enter the part details (e.g., part number) and load the record.
Access Details Tab: Navigate to the Details tab.
Activate Sale Status: Check the "Available for Sale" box.

Save Changes: Press Save to apply the changes to the record.
Once saved, the part will be available for sale transactions.
