The Detailed Invoice Report is a new feature integrated into the workshop’s invoice reporting system. This enhancement provides a more granular analysis of invoiced jobs, offering insights into the breakdown of vehicle make and model.

Purpose and Benefits

This report is particularly valuable for:

  1. Analysing Older Models

    • Identify trends in older vehicle models that are no longer in production.

    • Understand the impact of these trends on your workshop's operations, such as inventory and servicing needs.

  2. Monitoring the Shift to Electric Vehicles (EVs)

    • Track the increase in EV models being serviced.

    • Plan resources and staff training to accommodate EV-specific requirements.

  3. Assessing Vehicle Age

    • Determine the average age of vehicles being serviced.

    • Use this data to tailor marketing strategies or service packages.

How to Access the Report

To access the Detailed Invoice Report:

  1. Navigate to Workshop > Service Manager’s Toolkit > Report Invoice Report.

  2. Tick the option for "Detailed Invoice Report".

  3. Press the Report button to generate the expanded analysis.

Features

  • Expanded Analysis: The report includes detailed information about vehicle makes and models, providing a comprehensive view of service trends.

  • Export Options: Right-click within the report to export the data to Excel or CSV format for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
