Including Archived Customers in Campaigns

You can now include archived customers when creating marketing campaigns. This allows you to target all relevant contacts, even those previously archived.

Step 1: Create a Marketing Campaign

Start by creating your marketing campaign.

Step 2: Include Archived Customers

When you select the campaign data, you will see an option labelled Include Archived Customers.
Tick this box to include archived records in your campaign. 

Step 3: If Selected by Mistake

If you accidentally select the option to include archived customers, delete the campaign and create a new one. This ensures that your campaign data remains accurate and correctly filtered.


Why This Matters
Including archived customers allows you to re-engage previous clients or contacts who may have become inactive. It helps expand your reach while maintaining control over who receives your marketing communications.
