Steps to Update the SMS Name

  1. Access Branch Setup

    • Navigate to Setup from the main menu.
    • Select Branch Setup from the options.
  2. Locate the SMS Name Field

    • In the Branch Setup screen, locate the field labelled SMS Name.
  3. Make the Necessary Changes

    • Enter the new SMS name as required.
  4. Save the Changes

    • Press the Save button to apply and confirm your updates.

Additional Notes

  • The SMS name you enter will be displayed as the sender's name for text messages sent from this branch.
  • Ensure the SMS name adheres to any branding or communication standards set by your organisation.
