How to switch off Daily Parts Stock check per Branch

This guide explains how to disable the Daily Parts Stock Check for a specific branch in Navigator.

Steps to Switch Off Daily Parts Stock Check

Step 1: Ensure Proper Access

• Confirm you have access to the Setup Module > Branch Setup.
  • Note: Management permissions may be required.

Step 2: Log into the Desired Branch

1. Log into the branch where you want to make the change.
2. Navigate to the Setup Module.

Step 3: Access Branch Setup

1. From the Setup Module, select Branch Setup from the dropdown menu.
2. If prompted with the warning:
   • “!!!WARNING - You are about to change the company number for this branch, are you sure?”
   • Select No to proceed safely.

Step 4: Disable Daily Stock Check

1. In the Branch Setup window, go to the Parts Tab.
2. Locate the option to "Switch off the Daily Stock Check for this branch".
3. Tick the checkbox to disable the feature.

Step 5: Save Changes

1. After making the change, click Save and Close to finalise your updates.

• Branch-Specific: Ensure you are logged into the correct branch when making this change.
• Reactivation: You can re-enable the Daily Stock Check at any time by unchecking the same box.
