This guide outlines how to generate, customise, export, and print reports for marketing campaigns in Navigator.
Accessing the Report Function
- Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns.
- Select the campaign you wish to report on.
- Click on the Report option.
This will open the reporting interface.
Creating a Campaign Report
Designing the Report
- In the Designtab, you’ll see two panels:
- Available Fields (left) – fields you can add to the report.
- Reported Fields (right) – fields that will appear in the report.
Adding Fields to the Report
- Single-click a field in the Available Fields panel and click the >>> icon to move it to Reported Fields.
- Alternatively, double-click the field to move it directly.
Removing Fields from the Report
- Highlight a field in the Reported Fields panel and click the <<< icon to move it back to Available Fields.
- Alternatively, double-click the field to remove it.
Tips
- Fields are added in the order selected and will appear sequentially in the report.
- If additional fields are added later, they will appear at the end of the report.
Generating the Report
- Once you’ve selected all desired fields, click Create Report.
- The report will display in a new window.
Example
For example, if you add the fields NAME, ADDRESS LINE 1–4, and POSTCODE, the report will display these columns accordingly.
Editing the Report
- To adjust the fields:
- Return to the Design tab.
- Make necessary changes and select Create Report again.
Exporting the Report to Excel
- Right-click on the report window.
- Select Export to Excel.
- The report will open in an Excel spreadsheet.
Important Notes
- The file is saved automatically in the temp directory.
- To retain the report, save it to a specific folder of your choice.
Printing the Report
- Right-click on the report window.
- Select Print.
This will send the report to your default printer.
