Steps to Configure a Card Reader
Navigate to Workstation Setup
- Go to Setup > Workstation Setup in the system.
Check Card Payment Configuration
- If your workstation is configured for card payments, you will see an option to change the card reader terminal.
Select the Correct Card Reader
- Click Change to display a list of available payment terminals.
- Double-click the correct terminal from the list.
- Click Change to display a list of available payment terminals.
Save the Configuration
- Press Save to confirm the selection.
Once saved, the system will use the newly selected card reader for processing payments. Ensure the terminal is correctly connected and operational before testing transactions.
